RN - Home Health

Providence is calling a Registered Nurse - Home Health Services (0.6 FTE, Days) to Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR.
In this position, you will:
Under the direction of the Home Health Clinical Supervision and on order of the physician, be accountable for direct and indirect quality care for patients of all ages, according to the individualized needs of the patient, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
Practice professional development which is an integral part of this nursing practice.
Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license
1-2 years medical/surgical experience in an acute care setting
2 years experience in acute care - or - community mental health setting for Mental Health RN work assignment.
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) for Health Care Provider - or - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Driving record consistent with GOP Safe Driving Policy 330 Incident Point Matrix at time of hire
In compliance with the Providence Health & Services-OR, criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties.
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Recent Home Health experience
Hospice or Palliative Care experience for Palliative Care RN work assignment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
