Clinic Supervisor - Seaside

Providence is calling a Clinic Supervisor to Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, OR.

This position will oversee both the Walk-in and Specialty Clinic, including 15 direct reports.
In this position you will:
Oversee and develop clinical and non-clinical staff.
Work in close collaboration with the Nursing Quality Supervisor to ensure development and competency of clinical staff.
Mentor and develop all staff members.
Support Patient Centered Medical Home teams, removing barriers and promoting excellent patient care.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree -or- a combination of education and applicable work experience
2-3 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a clinic setting
Knowledge of healthcare environment, medical office policies, procedures, and human resource management practices
Strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Healthcare management college level coursework
Experience with Electronic Medical Records, Windows, and Excel-based software

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
