Occupational Therapist-Inpatient & Outpatient

Description:
Providence is calling an Occupational Therapist to Providence Seaside Hospital and Providence Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic in Gearhart, OR.
In this position, you will:
+ Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient?s special physical or age-related needs.
+ Possess skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with individual?s functional level and potential.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications for this position include:
+ Bachelor's/Master's or doctorate degree -or- equivalent from an accredited occupational therapy program
+ Current occupational therapy licensure through the State of Oregon
+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA-BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification within 30 days of hire
+ Specialized occupational therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need, on occasion
+ Ability to travel between sites in a timely manner as assigned
+ Assignments to specific service environments may require a valid driver's license

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
