Description
+ Manage all In House tour source programs assigned
+ Manage In House Marketing Supervisory Team to maximize production and exceed goals
+ Oversee and facilitate recruiting and training of IH marketing personnel
+ Inspection, delivery and stocking of location and collateral materials
+ Oversight to assure all WVO and Wyndham site policies and procedures are followed\. Assist in planning and writing strategic schedule in conjunction with WVO Management\.
+ Oversee and assist with coaching and training
+ Create and monitor SPIF programs with approval from Director of Marketing
+ Supervise tour reception desk to ensure a healthy tour flow
+ Assist Marketing Director with any task or project
+ Completes and analyze production reports and time tables
+ Submit weekly update on activities including: program evaluations, action plans, vendor relations
Qualifications
+ Three plus years marketing experience required\. Hospitality industry preferred\.
+ Two to three years of demonstrated successful management experience
+ Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
+ Internal Wyndham experience or external timeshare experience in a similar role preferred
+ Excellent skills regarding creating partnerships, 'big picture' analysis, and excellent follow up
+ Excellent customer service skills with the ability to service both internal and external customers
+ Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook required
+ Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills mandatory
+ Track record of excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
+ College coursework in a related field; BS in Marketing preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
