Offering full-spectrum primary care, this clinic boasts patient-centered medical home model, on-site laboratory and diagnostic services, EPIC EMR, and access to Providence Seaside Hospital.
Seaside is conveniently located 90-minutes from Portland and the community offers an abundance of outdoor recreational opportunities, with easy ocean access, expansive beaches, unique wildlife, and unparalleled views.
Full time position; 1.
0 FTE Clinic schedule is 4 days per week.

National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved location.

Experienced family medicine physician with surgical obstetrics experience preferred.
Will also consider family medicine residents who have completed an obstetrics fellowship.
